Helixa publishes plan fees so families can budget without surprises. Consultation prices cover the clinician’s time, nursing intake, and a written plan. Diagnostic tests, implants, and theatre time are quoted separately after the first assessment because those costs depend on the body, not the brochure.
If your condition changes, coordinators can move you between Essential, Family Shield, and Complete Wellness without restarting your medical record. Unused visit credits on Family Shield roll for one calendar month. Complete Wellness includes a yearly medicines reconciliation so every specialist list stays aligned.
After you submit an appointment request, a representative confirms the likely first-visit fee and which documents to bring. No plan is activated until you accept the summary in writing by email. If a procedure is advised, you receive an itemised estimate covering professional fees, facility use, and typical recovery visits.
Financial counselling is available for staged treatments such as dental rehabilitation or joint replacement. We would rather pause a non-urgent date than rush a family into a fee they do not understand.
