These Terms & Services (“Terms”) explain how you may use the Helixa website at cheveuxindisciplines.com, request appointments, read health information, and communicate with our care desk. By browsing the site or submitting a form you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site and contact us by email before using any service.
Helixa is a healthcare organisation providing clinical consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy counselling, rehabilitation guidance, and related patient-support services described on this website. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Helixa. References to “you” mean the visitor, patient, caregiver, or organisation using the site.
Nothing on this website creates a doctor–patient relationship until a clinician has accepted your request, completed identity checks where required, and begun a documented consultation. Form submissions are enquiries, not emergency treatment.
Articles, service descriptions, pricing summaries, and doctor biographies are educational. They cannot replace an examination, imaging, or laboratory work. Symptoms that feel severe, sudden, or life-threatening require urgent in-person care. Do not delay seeking help because you are waiting for an email reply.
Drug names, dose examples, and recovery timelines on the blog are illustrations. Your own prescription always prevails. If website wording seems to conflict with advice given in clinic, follow the clinic advice and write to us so we can correct the page if needed.
Appointment requests submitted through this site are offers to book. A booking exists only when Helixa sends a confirmation message. We may decline or reschedule a request when a specialist is unavailable, when the enquiry is outside a clinician’s scope, or when information is incomplete.
Please cancel or move a slot with as much notice as you can so another patient can use the time. Repeated non-attendance may lead us to ask for a deposit on future visits or to suggest a different care pathway. Telehealth, where offered, still requires a quiet space, a working connection, and your consent to proceed without a physical exam.
Published plan prices are guides. Diagnostics, implants, theatre time, and some therapies are quoted after assessment. You are responsible for fees relating to services you accept. If a third party will pay, you remain responsible unless we have a written agreement with that payer.
Refunds, if applicable, are considered when a service was not delivered or was delivered materially below the standard described. Clinical outcomes cannot be guaranteed; medicine involves uncertainty even when every protocol is followed.
You agree not to misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competing commercial use, post defamatory or unlawful material in comments, or impersonate another person. We may remove content and restrict access if these rules are broken.
You must provide accurate contact details on forms. False names or emails waste clinical time and may delay genuine patients.
The Helixa name, logo, page layouts, original text, and compiled care pathways are protected. You may share links to public pages. You may not copy substantial text, images, or the logo for another clinic, product, or advertisement without written permission.
The site may link to professional bodies, educational resources, or social networks. Those destinations have their own terms. Helixa is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Social icons are provided so you can follow or share Helixa updates; they do not mean we endorse every post on those networks.
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Clinical records created after you become a patient are kept according to healthcare record-keeping duties. Website forms used only as enquiries are stored for follow-up and quality review.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Helixa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed email replies, or reliance on general articles. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such exclusion is not allowed.
Website availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, connectivity, or force majeure events may interrupt access. Please use email if a form cannot be sent.
We may update clinical services, opening hours, plan features, and these Terms. The date at the foot of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. Material changes to how we handle data are also summarised in the Privacy Policy.
If you are unhappy with a webpage, a booking experience, or a clinician interaction, write to hello@cheveuxindisciplines.com with “Complaint” in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge concerns promptly and to investigate fairly. Raising a complaint will not reduce the clinical care you are entitled to receive.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Helixa’s operations and to the place where the relevant service is delivered. Courts of competent jurisdiction will hear disputes that cannot be resolved through our complaints process, without limiting any consumer rights you cannot contractually waive.
Send legal notices and terms questions to hello@cheveuxindisciplines.com. Please do not include unnecessary clinical detail in a legal notice; our care desk can open a separate confidential channel for health information.
